How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed online or over the phone. We will send an order and shipping confirmation via e-mail.

Purchases made online are protected with 128 bit SSL encryption. We accept payments through Paypal.

Substitution Policy

Gift basket items may be replaced with similar items of equal value according to supply. Ribbons may vary slightly from the original decor or trimmings shown in the product photo but will remain true to the original design and maintain the same theme or color motif.

Shipping Options

We ship via FedEx Ground Shipping Service which delivers in 3 to 5 business days. The shipping cost may change without notice. We generally ship within three business days of order receipt, unless the order is large. Call us to arrange for expedited delivery.

 

Large Orders/Corporate Orders

Corporate orders, customized orders and large quantities need advance notice. We require at least two to three weeks before the shipment can be made. Please call to verify exact shipment date. We will e-mail you the exact shipment date.

 

Customizing Your Basket

We would be glad to create custom baskets for your special occasions. The possibilities are endless and we know you only want the best. Our professional gift artist will help you sort through the many choices and create a gift that is just right for you. For an added fee, we can use personalized ribbons, prepare handwritten notes in calligraphy, etc.
We can include your corporate cards or special messages in our gift baskets.

 

We also specialize in birthday party giveaways for kids of all ages. Basket contents can be customized to your wishes.

Cancellation Policy

Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. If the product has shipped, you can return it to us and we will give you store credit equivalent to the price of the basket. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited. Corporate and large orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

100% Guarantee

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, just ship it back to us in its original or similar packaging. Store credit will be issued, minus the cost of shipping and handling.

Ordering Basket Contents Separately

Each of the items in our baskets can be ordered separately. In addition, if you like the spa items, and would want to schedule a regular delivery to yourself, we can do this as well.

Automatic Gift Giving

If you are like a lot of people who often forget important occassions or events, you can pre-select your gifts for your special ones all at the beginning of the year or anytime during the year, and we will ship them at the right time. You will be sent a reminder two weeks before the shipment date to verify that you still want to purchase the gift.

Sales Tax

There are is no sales tax except to orders from residents of Maryland.

Discount Programs

Orders over $500 are eligible for a 2% discount, and those above $1,500, a 5% discount. Include your name and e-mail in our mailing list so that we can send you coupons and promotions.
